We’re thrilled to announce that asphalt has now been poured in Stage 18 at Virginia Grove.

‘Benched & Retained’ allotments have a level building pad provided making it easier for your builder. ‘Retaining’ is the retaining walls provided between you and your neighbour. The cost of this is included in the allotment price as advertised. Note that not all lots are the same and details should be confirmed with your sales agent for each allotment.
